I was in a pickle when I went downstairs to do some laundry and noticed a leak in a pipe near my water meter. So I turned my water off. I was able to get hold of Mitch and he sent someone over within a couple of hours who checked it out. He also gave me a great suggestion on how to fix it. I told him to go ahead and it was fixed within an hour. He did an excellent job of cleaning up which I really appreciated. I will definitely be calling Hawtin again if I have any plumbing issues.

Can't say enough about the awesome service! Mitch fit our replacement furnace installation into their busy schedule on very short notice and we can't thank them enough. The cherry on the top was that when they left, the new furnace was the only evidence that they had ever been here. Nothing to clean up, put away, or deal with at all...professionalism at its finest!
