The staff are incredibly professional and helpful! I didn't know what was wrong with my car, I took it to Hawkwood Auto and the service was quick and comprehensive. They fixed the gas cap, a belt, and a battery replacement for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for any future car repairs!

My family has gone to Hawkwood Auto Service for decades, having dealt with the original owner, then Steve, and now Kyle. Kyle and the crew do a great job and I feel like they really care about their customers. They have gone out of their way more than once for me over the years and I feel like I am in competent, honest and trustworthy hands. Thank you, Kyle.

I've taken my Subaru Outback there twice and have been very satisfied with the communication and service. They accurately diagnosed an error code and advised I have the catalytic converter and O2 sensors replaced (not cheap). Kyle provided me with a quote and he did not pressure me into getting the work done at Hawkwood Auto. I got a few quotes and Hawkwood Auto was in fact the most reasonable. The work was completed and it is such a relief to know my car is functioning properly now. They provided me with my old catalytic converter to take in to recycle. The communication is timely and respectful. Their prices are very reasonable. They provide honest opinions and sound advice. I never feel like I'm being sold on a product or service that is unnecessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Hawkwood Auto.

I've been taking my Honda Pilot to Hawkwood Auto for several years. I am very happy with their advice and work. I have appreciated their honesty in advising me on what needs done right away and what can wait. They have always diagnosed "difficult" issues correctly and fixed them. I recently had the alternator on my Toyota Camry replaced, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! The staff/manager (Kyle) was knowledgeable, friendly, and very transparent about the repair process. He also helped me check the brakes. The work was done quickly, the price was more than fair, and my car has been running flawlessly ever since.
