I had a really positive experience at Haute Aesthetics in Delta for laser hair removal. Before starting, I had a pre-session consultation that lasted around 20 minutes, and Jasmine walked me through the entire laser treatment process in detail. She patiently answered every single question I had and was very welcoming. She is also very punctual with time, which I truly appreciate. What stood out the most was how genuine and transparent she was — her explanations never felt sales-driven. She never pressured me to book immediately, even though there were offers available. Instead, she explained the procedure, the offers, and what to expect, and left the decision completely up to me. She was also comfortable doing a patch test, which made me feel safe and confident. I spoke with multiple other clinics in Vancouver before choosing Haute Aesthetics, and made me feel rushed — pushing me to book the very next day just because of discounts, without properly considering important pre-treatment requirements like full-body shaving. That was not the case here, and that difference really stood out to me. After my first session, I already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. I haven’t done any waxing, and the hair that does grow back is much lighter and thinner. After my second session, the results honestly feel like what you’d expect after four to six sessions — the overall growth across my body is noticeably reduced. I’m very happy with my decision to go with Haute Aesthetics. The professionalism, transparency, time punctuality, and results have exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering laser treatment in Delta and Vancouver.
