Excellent treatment , practitioners are well versed. Staff overall friendly and professional, very clean well kept environment. A great treat and act of self-care and price for reflexology and sauna is reasonable.

Excellent massage - it's not a gentle massage, it was a lot of pressure but exactly what we were looking for. The masseuse knew exactly which points to release. We felt like our bodies had finally rested after a long time. The sauna facility was clean and the staff were amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience! Staff were really welcoming and kind. Well appointed and clean space. Holly gave an excellent Deep Tissue Massage! I highly Recommend Hastings Spa and i will be back soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hastings Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. A huge thank you to Thomas and Israel! They are both incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly experts at what they do. I left feeling completely refreshed. It’s also clear that the owner runs a tight ship; her passion for excellence shows in every detail of the spa. Truly a hidden gem with a fantastic team. I’ll definitely be back! :)

Best disguised location ever. I was early and they offered me a relaxing chair and screen and music very relaxing and calming..The massage was almost perfect.deep great pressure technique. I liiked the sauna alot too ,finish itt off with a shower. Definetly coming back and it was a great couples thing to do too.We both agreed the massges were amazing. Only thing was i was soo tight that i probably need another visit so my back is unknotted now. Very very clean inside . Thank you and see you again soon .
