⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (I would give 1000 stars if I could!) Last Wednesday, I brought my black-capped Conure to Harvest Point Animal Hospital with life-threatening injuries. My little girl had gotten caught in a string from a throw blanket on my La-Z-Boy chair. The string was wrapped around her neck and wing, cutting off circulation and causing swelling. I had no idea how long she had been like that, and when I got home at 5 PM, I immediately cut the string around her neck—but didn’t realize there were more strings tangled in her wing feathers. As a pet owner, you all know our pets are like our children. She is all I’ve got, and I would do anything for her. When we arrived at Harvest Point, they immediately took her in with no hesitation, put us in a private area, and treated her right away. Thankfully, her wing wasn’t broken—just swollen—but the care they provided went far beyond medical treatment. The veterinarian gave me a full regimen of instructions and medication, explained everything in detail, and showed an incredible amount of compassion, care, and love—more than I’ve ever seen, even from a human doctor. After we went home, they followed up every second day to make sure she was doing okay. There was one complication—she was carrying an egg, which could have been dangerous if it bound—but as I write this on Sunday, she safely passed it, and I couldn’t be happier. From the receptionist to the veterinary team, everyone at Harvest Point worked together as a team to save my little girl. Some may see the $600 bill as high, but when it comes to the life of your pet, there is truly no price you can put on that love and care. The service, follow-up, and compassion made every penny worth it. My best friend is still alive because of these people, and I will be forever grateful to all of them. Google says I have to give five stars, but they truly deserve 1000.

Absolutely phenomenal. I’ve had a couple experiences with this clinic now and each time I leave feeling so happy that we found them. The first was for our cat who had a mystery illness that our previous vet (no longer our vet) spent nearly 3 grand of our money trying to diagnose. We finally took him to Harvest Pointe and he was immediately diagnosed with a UTI and given meds which almost immediately turned the situation around. The latest instance was our rabbit who developed a serious GI obstruction. Dr. Bousquet was great in explaining the situation to us and reassuring us. She’s definitely an expert when it comes to exotic pets like rabbits and it’s very apparent when you talk to her that she is continually researching and broadening her knowledge in the field. She cited studies to us and outlined a treatment path for our little dude. She was very patient with our questions and concerns and never once made us feel rushed. I am happy to say that thanks to her and the amazing techs working there our little guy has managed make a quick recovery. I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone but especially those with exotic pets. I felt 100% confident in leaving my critters in their care because it was obvious how much they care. Great job guys and thank you again.

Excellent service and very reasonable pricing! We brought our rescue bunny in for a checkup. The vet was very thorough and answered all our questions with ease. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t feel like we were being rushed out the door or ripped off. Very refreshing and I highly recommend them!

On Saturday nov 22, 2025 my daughter and i brought our old boy Peter (8-10 years old rabbit) in for a checkup because he was starting to have mobility issues. We were seen right at our appointment time and unfortunately during the checkup he was found to have some other health issues. They vet that examined our bunny was amazing, explained everything that she believed was wrong with him and outlined our options. Unfortunately due to his age and the pain and suffering he was going thru we decided the best option for him was to have him put down. Everyone from the vet, the tech and the staff that we dealt with were kind, caring and compassionate thru this difficult time as we had Peter for 8 years. He was a big part of our family. It was very difficult and we miss Peter so much but the staff made it just that little bit easier from the exam all the way to the end of life care and chossing our options from the box for his cremated remains to picking the clay paw print. Thank you to all the staff at harvest pointe for all you did and we will definitely use you again for our 2 other bunnies for check ups and any other needs.

I was seeing Dr Kate for my 15yr old leopard gecko. I’ve seen multiple doctors at Harvest Pointe but nothing compared to my experience with Dr Kate. She’s honest, caring, supportive, and it’s very clear she was made for this job. I live 35 minutes away from the vet and each drive was well worth it. If you’re looking for an exotic vet, Harvest Pointe is the place. I highly recommend Dr Kate.
