My puppy started seeing Dr. Satnam Singh Mann, as his veterinarian, upon opening in Nanaimo. I am thrilled to have such a caring individual, providing services for my puppy. The staff is also friendly and kind. The establishment is well constructed, with much thought taken into account, not only as a business, but also a place of comfort for the pets and their owners. Definitely come check this place out!!

I chose to take my dog to Harewood Pet Hospital because i read that they are family owned and i will go back because of the excellent care he received. Every procedure was done with the utmost care and concern for not only my dog’s physical comfort but also his anxiety about the process.

Loki had is first wellness check with Dr Mann. It was thorough and everything was well explained. The clinic is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and informative. Thank you to Dr. Mann, Jessica and Courtney for a calm and comfortable visit.

Outstanding Care at Harewood Pet Hospital Dr. Mann and his incredible team have truly created something special with this new clinic. I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening and was immediately impressed by the beautiful, spacious layout and the thoughtful use of every area. The clinic is equipped with modern, up-to-date technology, and everything feels clean, calm, and welcoming. And the additional services such as urgent and dental care.. I am so impressed. Today, my cat Blue had her first appointment, and it was honestly one of the most thorough and informative veterinary visits I have ever experienced. Dr. Mann took the time to explain everything clearly, offered thoughtful suggestions, and identified health concerns I hadn’t even realized Blue was dealing with. His knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional. Most importantly, Dr. Mann genuinely cares. You can see and feel his love for animals in the way he works. He is compassionate, patient, and incredibly thorough. He truly is an animal’s best friend. Even though the clinic was fully booked, the team remained organized, kind, and professional. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I was given literature to understand the next steps and make choices, and I feel confident with Blue's new Dr., Dr. Mann.. So happy! I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary clinic for Blue. I highly recommend Harewood Pet Hospital to any pet owner looking for exceptional care. Thank you, Dr. Mann and team—you’ve set the bar very high!

Dr. Mann showed an incredible level of compassion and dedication when he came in during the late hours of the night for my cat after she had potentially ingested mouse poison. During such a heartbreaking and stressful time, he was kind, patient, and supportive, taking the time to explain everything and ensure she was comfortable. He has also provided excellent care to my dog, Jade, including her first set of vaccinations, making the experience calm and reassuring. His empathy, professionalism, and genuine care for animals mean more than words can express. I am deeply grateful for the care he provides and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly compassionate veterinarian

Dr. Mann is truly an exceptional veterinarian. When my dog was critically ill and things looked uncertain, Dr. Mann went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He monitored my dog at all hours of the day and kept me updated throughout his treatment. His dedication, compassion, and attention to detail played a huge role in my dog’s recovery. I honestly believe my dog wouldn’t be here today without Dr. Mann’s commitment and relentless effort. I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes the extra mile.
