I have been using Gavin's services for a couple of years and most recently for a Hot Water Heater installation. He is someone who comes across as professional, knowledgeable and always sees the job to completion with very reasonable pricing. He helped us through a lot of issues we were having with our hot water tank and took a systematic approach instead of making assumptions. I feel without his assistance the problem would've never been resolved. I am a very happy customer and would never hesitate to recommend Gavin for all your plumbing issues.

Gavin was great to work with. Very easy to get an appointment to look at our leaking water heater. After a quick but thorough assessment, he determined the heater needed replacement and was able to get a new one installed same day. A few days later, Gavin called to let me know that he had looked into the ruined heater, found that it was under warranty still, and that the warranty money would be discounted from the price. Highly recommend working with Happy Pipes!

The anode rod of my water heater tank should be replaced every four years. I emailed Gavin and asked if he was willing to do the small job to replace the rod and he got back to me promptly that he would take the job and quoted me the price which included part and labour. Gavin advised me that he needed to come to my house to check the size of the rod and he did it the next day. Gavin called me to make an appointment after he got the part and gave me a price which was very close to his initiate estimate. That was not an easy job, Gavin had difficulty in removing the anode rod from the tank but he never gave up and got the rusting through rod out after trying hard for a few times. Gavin is so courteous, patient and determined, I am glad that I contacted him for his service this time. Gavin is punctual, his job is done to your satisfaction and his price is very reasonable, it would cost me a lot more if I use service of another plumbing company. This is the second time I use the service of Happy Pipes Plumbing and I am glad that I deal with Gavin again. I have no hesitation in recommending Happy Pipes Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

We have had an excellent experience using Gavin at Happy Pipes Plumbing. We had a number of jobs for him to complete (kitchen faucet install, shut off valve installation in all bathrooms, bathtub leak repair, etc.). Gavin took car of all of these efficiently, promptly, and the quality of his completed work was excellent. Very friendly guy - easy to work with. He also was on time for the consultation and scheduled work (didn't keep us waiting at all). We found his prices VERY reasonable, and would absolutely use his services again.
