I've been coming here for over 10 years and despite grouchy and sometimes rude employees and owners the work has always been fairly good and for a reasonable price. In recent months I've been turned away twice for "excessive dirt" when they were hardly busy and today I took my van in while they were completely dead (noone at all was there) and was told I needed to pay extra $15 on top of the base price of $80 for excessively dirty fee because there was too much pet hair. I will include photos which I took immediately after laughing at them and leaving. There was a few dog hairs but otherwise spotless. Yea my car is a bit dirty, thats why im bringing it to the car wash. Im surprised they didn't upcharge me for the dirt on the exterior... won't be coming back again, they clearly dont want my business.

The owner is a jerk l don’t why anyone works for him he rushes his staff to get it done quickly this is why the cleaning is not done properly l quit going there years ago l am amazed he’s still in business

Didn’t expect to pay $135 and have to come back and clean interior car doors and seat edges, hatchback . Very poor job. Do not recommend

The smell of cat litter is TERRIBLE and off putting. It’s honestly So overpowering and dirty . The old man sounded very rude to his staff. Those poor worker didn’t look very happy to be there. I left without getting a wash because of the smell
