We had Mike and Jay replace our entire roof. They were timely and punctual-the estimated project start and completion was accurate. They worked six days a week to get the job done. They treated our home like it was their own. They were incredibly tidy. They are both knowledgeable and passionate about roofing and it actually became contagious throughout the project. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home!

I hired this company to strip the old siding from my four level split home and detached double garage, and replace it with Hardie board and appropriate trim. They did an absolutely outstanding job. The initial quote was detailed and accurate. They provided a lot of consulting to determine the best color and style for our home. Once the project started, they maintained an extremely clean site and and completed the job on time and on budget. There were a number of finicky challenges for them to work through on my older home to complete the job, which they managed very successfully. I highly recommend H&J.

I cannot say enough great things about Jay and Henk. After that awful June hail storm last year, I had enough of constantly repairing our siding, and decided to upgrade from normal vinyl to Hardie board. They offered the best deal and got the work done and on time, just before the snow started in December 2020. I have to admit we have received many comments on the siding compared to all the other houses in our area. People cannot say enough about how awesome it looks. Now we don't have to worry about Calgary hail every year. Jay and Henk went way over and above, to look after us, I cannot put a percentage on their work, as it goes above 100%. They are so friendly and their work speaks for itself. While others around our area are only getting patch jobs done, I told my insurance company that is not how I am going to go, they argued with me, until Jay got ahold of them, and next thing we were approved for the whole home to be resided. Our next project with these guys is our garage, so by end of this year 2021, everything will be matched and looking just fantastic. I will recommend these guys to anyone who asks. WAY TO GO GUYS YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jay and his team did an awesome job. They used soprema torchless first class material on our flat roof section and wind resistant shingles on the sloped sections, and fixed damaged neglected areas that roofers have missed in the past, including an old skylight and leak spots. They also supplied additional ventilation for adequate attic airflow. These guys know what's to code and what to watch out for when considering replacing a roof. Super clean install, deal with confidence, these guys are the best.

What a great experience it was having our roof re-shingled by H&J Roofing, they completed the entire project with the utmost professionalism. The craftsmanship was second to none, watching them was like watching an artist create a masterpiece. Henk and Jay were there to explain every step of the way and happy to answer any questions we had, plus they also ensured we were comfortable with everything that was being decided. When you're spending this amount of money, you want to make sure everything is the way you want it. The products they used was of the best available and having the knowledge to ensure it was done above and beyond what code requires. We also appreciated the little extras they performed, no corners cut, just done right. Their prices were very competitive with the other quotes we received and the personal relationship they build installs trust with the decision to hire them. Unlike most contractors, Henk & Jay go that extra mile at the end of the job and clean up every last nail and rubbish around the property.
