Was on phone from 4.15 pm waiting in que, being told I was second in que, then when I went down to 1st in que at 4.45 the call was cut and I was told the practice had now closed, despite it stating that it closed at 5.00pm. Extremely unprofessional and extremely angry to be left hanging for half an hour only to be cut off, obviously was Friday and near end of day so decided my call wasn't worth taking and could be left till Monday. Well this is final straw as had issues with the standard of work and time taken to complete work. Safe to say this is not the standard of professionalism I once experienced with this practice.

Very patient and gentle service. Had work done and having past phobia. The pain free procedure had me relaxed and so happy went through with the procedures. Very affordable service also.

I visited Hallcraig Dental Care after losing my front crown and also requiring root treatment on one of my front teeth. I can honestly say that the treatment I received was first class from the moment I entered the practice. Donna at reception was very friendly, Ian the dentist and Abbie the dental nurse both put me at ease from the time I entered the surgery. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who suffers from nerves when visiting a dentist and are looking for a practice with staff who put your mind at ease.

What a team at Hallcraig, really want to thank them again. My whole family have been going for years now and they were great with my dad whose always been afraid of the dentist but as per usual, it was brilliant. Thanks to the whole Hallcraig team! Plus the new reception area looks great.

Fantastic Dentist... I’ve been attending Dr Lindsay Gibson at Hallcraig Dental Care for 10 years. Lindsay always explains any treatment required fully she is also very understanding, pleasant and always professional. Best dentist in Airdrie! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to try any of the dentists at Hallcraig Dental Care, the team as a whole are all pleasant, friendly and welcoming.
