In order to install a heat pump, we needed to upgrade the electrical service for our house. Hall Electrical responded to our request for a quote and quickly provided a free, no-obligation estimate. The scope of work they recommended was similar to that provided by two other companies but Ricky, the estimator, stood out by patiently answering our questions. As the job proceeded, Ricky and his team handled applying for the permits and also coordinated their work with our heat pump contractor and BC Hydro. Every member of their team was polite and hard working and they all did a fantastic job. Moreover, they also took care of a number of other small electrical jobs that we needed doing. We are 100% thankful to have found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Hall Electrical installed my EV wall charger back in 2020 and did a splendid job. I recently had an issue with the charging. Ricky came over to assess the situation. He was on-time and solved my problem in minutes! Because the issue was minor, Hall Electrical did not invoice me. The company is very responsive and service is amazing. Hall Electrical was fantastic. They came in to our home on relatively short notice, figured out the problem with our light fixture and thermostat, gave us the option of finding our own thermostat and light fixture, and came back quickly once we found the light fixture we wanted. The bulbs we chose were far too bright, so the electrician suggested a dimmer switch, which he installed that same morning. The electrician was friendly, efficient and helpful in getting us the right solution for our lighting. Very positive experience. I will use Hall Electrical again
