Very bad experience. I wasted my hard-earned money. Before starting, they quoted me $350–$400, but after the hair color (which showed almost no visible difference), they charged $100 more than the original estimate. There was no clear pricing upfront, and I felt pressured to tip. They even mentioned how much other customers tip, which made it uncomfortable. I felt they did not respect my money or value me as a customer. I would not recommend this place. It’s better to go somewhere else—even if they charge more—where you can actually see results and get transparent pricing.

I had such a phenomenal experience at Hairtell salon. They’re team is very detail oriented amazing listeners and do thorough work with effort, passion, detail and grit. I came in and tried to communicate my vision to the best of my ability although I know I may have not done it the most articulate way and was confused and all over the map as well but asked for their guidance and expertise and left it in their hands. They styled and colored and cut my hair and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! From the color! To the cut to the style it was absolutely supreme and I took a chance and I am so so glad that I did and will continue to come back and highly recommend Dave and Cam and their team. Their efforts are specifically curated for each individual and the passion is seen though their work. I am so excited to flaunt my new hair it gave me a new level of confidence and I couldn’t be happier.

Dave always provides exceptional services. He has a mastery of technique and recommends styles that not only suit my face cut but are experimental as per the new trends. I highly recommend their salon to anyone.

Raj is an amazing hairdresser! I always get compliments on my hair for months after my appointment because of how perfectly she cuts and styles it, her layering is the best. Her haircuts make it so easy for me to style my hair at home it always looks great! She’s also incredible with balayage and colouring; I always leave her chair happy and confident. Literally the best in the Lower Mainland!

This is a family owned business. I have been going to Raj for the past 6 years and she has done an amazing job. I started with virgin black hair to red highlights and transitioned to blonde and back to red with zero hair damage. If you want healthy hair with with an amazing hair cut and color ask for Raj!
