Brooke did amazing on my hair, coming in with 3 different colours after a terrible experience at a different salon, she gave my hair life again. so grateful she could work with me on it!!

Personally, the lady that cut/colored my hair seemed like a great person. Professionally, well...I'll let the pictures do the talking. I asked for the top to be colored blond to match the bottom. Basically a root job. Since I'm looking at a whole lot of my roots here and I can very much see the old line where brown meets blond, I'm very certain that's not at all what I got. I was in at 4 pm today at the Centre Mall location. I'm hoping whomever is in charge here will contact me and offer some sort of solution. I do not want to see the same stylist again. Lovely person, but not so awesome in the hair dept. Please help. Update! Hairstyle inn reached out and apologized for the first appointment mess and brought Sara into my life to help save my hair. As you can see by the last picture, she worked a miracle! Thank you for fixing my hair and thank you for the goody bag to help me keep it looking sharp. I really appreciate it. Maybe I won't be living in my ball cap all summer after all😅.

I always have the best outcome when I come to this salon. Cara always takes great care of me ensuring that I leave with the best possible outcome. My hair always feels and looks amazing. The staff as a whole are always welcoming and helpful.

Always a great day at the Hairstyle Inn Salon. From being greeted from Jillian at the front desk to the service that Brooke provides. I am never disappointed and look forward to my next visit ! The friendly, professional and amazing service is so appreciated!!

I had the most AMAZING experience today with Brooke! She took me from a light brown to a gorgeous deep mocha brown with stunning toned money pieces! I have a very hard time trusting stylists as I’ve had many bad experiences but Brooke has made me feel so beautiful, confident, and brought my dream hair to life! If you’re looking for a hairstylist that is trustworthy, reliable, professional, and makes you leave with a smile on your face then she is your girl! 11/10!
