I had a great first time experience at Hair Tech with Xylia. She spent the time to discuss hair color options with me as I came in ready for a change. She has tonnes of hair color knowledge, great suggestions and easy to connect with. Very friendly vibe of staff, professional, great care every step of the way. I would highly recommend this salon and if you are looking for someone with hair color experience Xylia is your person. She also did a fabulous cut for me…love my new hair style!

My daughter had her hair cut here and it was an awesome experience. Kelly went above and beyond to make both my daughter and myself comfortable and aware of everything she was doing. Her hair turned out fabulous, probably best hair cut ever! Salon was clean and staff very personable and professional. Highly recommend!

Such super friendly ladies giving their best through good and bad times.They’re all very personable, providing full service and tending to your needs offering water, coffee and bathroom breaks. Chelsey owns this extremely well-maintained salon, which is kept very clean by all the stylists, and has an updated interior that provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere - and I love the new chairs! These ladies keep their skills up-to-date in this every evolving industry and have much to offer. Xylia is my stylist and always does a thorough job, pays attention to detail and I get an education at the same time. I have also benefitted from Chelsey and Kelly’s input as well for different products and tips. All these lovely ladies are so kind and attentive. I also appreciate how they give back to our community and show how they truly love what they do. They sincerely care about their clients’ happiness and satisfaction. From my perspective, they’ve genuinely earned The Best of the City Award for best hair salon from the Nanaimo News Bulletin for five years in a row now.😊⭐️🌟✨⭐️🌟🤩

I had an incredible experience! The staff were welcoming, and the salon had a relaxing atmosphere. My stylist was Xylia she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the perfect hair cut and hair highlights. She even shared helpful tips for maintaining my hair. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable! The products used felt amazing, and my hair has never looked better. Highly recommend this salon for anyone seeking professional and friendly service!
