Although we got a few estimates from other roofing companies for replacing the roof on our house, we knew that Ken and his 4-man crew was the ideal choice right from the moment that Ken set foot on our roof for his initial inspection. Ken exhibited detailed knowledge with respect to his trade along with excellent communications skills in terms of explaining the deficiencies and exactly what his course of action would be to rectify everything. Needless to say, not only did we receive a top notch professional job from Ken and his crew at Haida, we also ended up with a beautiful new roof that was far superior to the old one that we had. This was clearly evident from the additional brand new roof vents that were installed, plus the intricacies from the new valley pans right up to the new ridge cappings. Most important of all, peace of mind and no more sleepless nights worrying about possible leaks whenever we have our usual heavy rainfall that is so typical for Vancouver. My wife and I also certainly appreciated the ongoing communications from Ken as to how the work was progressing along. Especially in terms of his patience and understanding in answering any enquiries we had while the work was being done. To top it off, not only did they do a fantastic clean-up job in terms of removing all of the debris, but also managed to put the fence back up in more solid shape than it was originally after moving the disposal bin back out from the yard. We definitely made the right choice when we went with Ken and his Haida Roofing crew as they went above and beyond my expectations to do an absolutely awesome and beautiful job on our roof replacement.
