I brought my car in with a coolant leak. I had already taken it to another shop last month which will be nameless but are located in Taiga Nova (main road). They could not find a leak said they had it up for 2 hours, charged me almost $200. Took it to Guitar Autoworkz , got an appointment next day from my call. Jennifer top notch mechanic found the leak within an hour. Was able to get my car back same day. Cost me about $60 more than the first place but it was repaired. Will be going back to Guitar for any further work,

Excellent service at Guitar Auto shop, highly recommended. Took my car for diagnose because it wouldn’t start. The diagnose was done quickly and effectively it was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and Answered my question. Their job was well done thank you so much Tim and to Ms. Jhen Ruperto

Just want to rave about the excellent service we received here! After calling around to a few places in town for quotes , we decided to go with guitar autoworkz as they were the cheaper quote and we had heard from a friend how good they were. Well, I was actually blown away , I can’t remember the last time I had as good of customer service as I received that day. From the initial call to make the apt to the day we picked up our suv, the service was incredible. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I’m really impressed Tim and his Crew at the shop. Their honesty and transparency set them apart—no upselling, no surprises, just straightforward and reliable service. Their shop rate is very reasonable, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. So grateful to have a trustworthy local option for getting my car serviced! Will definitely be back with my problem child Volkswagen.
