Will and Wyatt, I had the pleasure of having you two replace my hot water tank for a new one today. You were both very friendly and courteous. In no time you had the job completed. You then asked if I had any questions, you answered all my question with professionalism. I was impressed with the whole experience…and you both loved my little doggie. Scott and Kael did a great job. We were the last job they had before they went home for the day, but they didn't rush the job just so they could leave sooner. They stayed until everything was done right. They did a thorough job. Thanks guys.

We called Guardian Plumbing and Heating because of a concern with our hot water tank. Scott was able to come out and take a look for us. From the moment that I opened the door, he was friendly, and very professional. He took a thorough look at everything and offered suggestions on possible issues we may be having. His recommendations were appreciated, and we look forward to having some work done in the near future. Very impressed with Scott and very thankful that he was able to come out so quickly for us! I had an issue with my furnace pilot light not staying lit. I put in a request for service on a Saturday evening for the next morning. Before 8am Sunday I received a text letting me know that their techs were currently working through no heats from the day before and that I was placed on the urgent list for that day. However, if they couldn't get to me Sunday, they would reschedule me for Monday. Monday morning at 8:30am I received a text saying that Scott (with a photo!) from Guardian Plumbing & Heating was on the way. He arrived within 15 minutes. He came in and explained how their services worked and how he would lay out my options. After his assessment on my furnace he drew up options for me to choose from and from there he performed the maintenance on the unit. I appreciated the communication from everyone right from the beginning texts to Scott explaining everything to me. And at no point did I ever feel pressure to purchase or go through with anything I didn't want to. I will definitely be calling Guardian again when I have any plumbing or heating issues.

Kris was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had our furnace up and running in no time. He did a fantastic job of making sure we understood the problem and our options before commencing the work we decided on. Would definitely recommend.

My first time using Guardian Plumbing & Heating in Lloydminster and I will certainly call again if I need! The technician, Jarritt Wagner was amazing, very kind, knowledgeable and assuring, which is what I needed when my furnace stopped working, of course before the coldest days of the year! I was almost panicked that he had to order parts but he was so on the ball had the parts ordered same day and only due to postal services was it one extra days wait. He and his helper Wyatt had my furnace up and running with minimal downtime. He gave me multiple options for my older trailer furnace, with different price ranges to fit my needs perfectly. I recommend becoming a member if you are going to do business with them! I am very pleased with my experience, thanks again everyone who was apart of it, even dispatch was a joy to deal with! :)

Five stars! Scott and Phillip repaired my dishwasher in –20° weather without missing a beat. Scott had previously fixed a toilet for me, and the service was just as excellent this time. They were punctual, polite, and very efficient. Definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience with Guardian Plumbing and Heating this week when our furnace stopped working. They responded super quickly and had someone out in no time. Scott was the technician who came by - he was incredibly friendly, helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything he was doing, worked efficiently, and had the furnace up and running in no time. I really appreciate how professional and approachable he was throughout the whole process.
