These guys are really good and knowledgeable. Their rates are very affordable for a student like me who cannot spend much on an old car.My brother attends their Burnaby branch for service and he refered me to them. I'm definitely keeping them as my machanic.

I had an accident a few days before Christmas, and GS Auto was the only auto shop close by that was open past 6pm. Prince and Michael are lifesavers, as they helped me arrange with a towing company (one they trusted that wouldn't overcharge), and waited until I got there even though they were closing. They went above and beyond to help me, even dropping me off where I needed as I was stranded without a car. They worked through the weekend to get my car fixed in record time, kept me updated on the process, and it was ready for pickup before Christmas. I travel between the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland for work, and I lost my means to go to work during my busiest season. Having an accident, then needing to spend a large unexpected expense WHILE being out of work was really distressing, and they understood that. They gave me a really price and found secondhand parts to save money (my vehicle is secondhand and ~20yrs old anyhow, it needs nothing fancy). And they did all this while the owner was away. You can trust that they're not there to gyp you, and they're transparent about everything. They also checked the rest of the car to make sure everything was A-OK after the fix was done. Thank you again for doing a fantastic job, Michael and Prince!
