My church was doing a fundraiser for the “Houses of Bread” orphanage homes in Ukraine. We were raising money by selling clothing but I was having a horrible time trying to find clothing racks. I brought in a new men's dress shirt ($$$) that was ruined by another cleaning service, hoping GFC could help me. I was blown away by their customer service. I had interactions with 3 staff - all were pleasant and showed compassion to my urgent situation. Barbara was my main point of contact, she called to let me know they tried every trick they knew of to fix our shirt & on my now tight deadline; however, unfortunately none were successful. I appreciate the lengths this business went to, to fix a problem from another company. I will ALWAYS use this business going forward. Thank you for being a stand up business GFC!!

I needed my suit jacket dry cleaned. When I picked it up there was a clean vertical cut that was 1/2 an inch long along the grain of the fabric. I brought it to their attention and it was denied and put on me. There was no tear on my jacket before I handed it in for cleaning. The jacket was only four years old. After a back and forth with the gentleman who called me back to argue it. He said they would patch the back and glue it with a patch. Fast forward to picking it up. Guess what... it has been picked at to make look worse and much bigger damage. Terrible service. I won't be back.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I brought my fiancé's suit here and my dress pants to get dry cleaned for a wedding and when we got to the wedding in Banff and put the clothes on we realized they took out our hem. Yes our Hem in our pants. Like who does that. They didn't even inform us that this was done. Also they tucked the pant back like there was a hem to hide it from us. If I could give 0 stars I would. Going there today to get them to fix it and to get my money back.
