The quality of the repair could not be better. I will definitely go back for any future repairs. New bumper painted and installed, looks amazing. The paint has metallic flakes and they matched it perfectly. Highly skilled at what they do and that includes customer service. Update. I had a ceramic coating installed from Auto Obsessed in Edmonton and they were all asking where I had the bumper painted. They were very impressed with the blending of the paint. They said it was one of the best jobs they had seen.

They had my truck for a month and missed the expected completion date. They called said it was ready just before they closed 4:43pm. I get there and it wouldn’t start. The mechanic had to boost it, which was surprising since I’d never had battery issues before. It was extremely cold (-25°C or colder), yet the truck appeared to have been sitting outside for a long time despite being told at 3:55pm it was just in the wash bay and getting its final inspection just an hour prior to me picking it up.. The next day the truck wouldn’t start again, even with being plugged in, the battery was completely dead. I had to buy a new one out of pocket. On top of that, a dent on the driver’s side was not repaired but still passed their inspection.. I emailed them to document and address my concerns and never received a response. No follow-up and no accountability. Would not recommend this company, extremely poor customer service. Update : Keith did reach out to me and addressed my concerns and booked it in for repair. It looks great now and I really appreciate that he made the situation right!

I had gotten rearended during the first snowfall of the year. Took a bit to get things organized through my insurance so I was getting really close needing my car fixed for heading out of town for work. Grove Collision was great to work with and understood my concern and was able to make some changes do to back order on parts for my car. They had my car ready to go and in great shape 2 days before I had to hit the road for work.

I’m disappointed to share that my experience with Grove Collision has been far from positive. After my repair, I was given an aftermarket headlight that did not fit properly—it vibrated noticeably while driving. I brought my vehicle back multiple times to have it corrected, and each time I was told the issue was fixed, yet nothing had changed. Eventually, it seemed the only resolution came once an OEM headlight was finally used, which properly addressed the problem. In addition, the fender was not sitting flush after the repair, and the suggested solution was to use double-sided tape—something that clearly hasn’t worked, as shown in the attached photo. I had hoped for a higher level of workmanship and accountability, especially given the number of return visits and the ongoing issues.
