I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! Came here for a car safety inspection and Kurtis and Tyler were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What stood out most was their transparency- they clearly explained everything and did not attempt to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. They also provided a complimentary shuttle so I could run errands while my vehicle was being inspected. On top of that, when I realized I had forgotten something in my car, they went out of their way to pick me up so I could retrieve it. That level of service is so rare. As an added bonus, they washed my car after I had driven all the way from Ontario which was so kind of them! (:

Brought my Landrover in for some work, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very helpful, and top notch customer service. Will definitely be returning for any other car needs in the future, and will recommend to others.

I had an amazing experience at Grip Auto and Tire. Matthew was very responsive, and professional. He walked me through all the issues with my vehicle and was very transparent. He was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend bringing your car here!

Had some very stubborn swaybar link bolts that I couldn't get tightened. Grip Auto got me in instantly, and to my surpise, didnt even charge me to tighten them up. Will definitely be going here for future jobs that I can't do myself. Easy 5 star service!

After doing a quick Google search I was pleasantly surprised to see the excellent reviews on this company and booked an appointment to have them replace my shocks/struts. They provided me with a comprehensive inspection report as well that turned up a couple of items that needed attention and were able to complete these the same day. Because I had already ordered new tires from another source to be installed in a week or so, I was also wondering if I needed to do another wheel alignment afterward and Matthew assured me that they would include another look at, and/or adjustment as part of the service they did today, if needed. Throughout, I found Matthew and his staff to be very pleasant and patient, describing their process carefully and noting future considerations. I would highly recommend their service and very pleased to say that the "Review" was definitely accurate.
