Diego is the best! He promptly answered my email, one phone call a day & time was choosen. Diego was on time, he changed out 2 faucets & 2 thermostats in an hour. He took away the old items, new packaging, left everything better than he found it, was efficient and he knows what he is doing. Fair price, great work, if you need anything plumbing/heating related don't hesitate to call Diego.

Diego came to our rescue recently to assess an urgent unresolved plumbing issue. He arrived earlier than expected and calmly and efficiently took charge of the situation. His expertise and competence were clearly evident from the get-go. Not having full access to the source of this ongoing, rapidly worsening water leak, using his deductive reasoning skills he pinpointed the source accurately, leading to the resolution of the problem. We are truly grateful and much relieved. He was personable, courteous, honest and kind, taking the time to answer all our questions. The cost was very reasonable given the extenuating circumstances on a Saturday night. Looking through all the pictures his clients have provided - diverse, complex projects - Diego obviously takes great pride in his craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. After such a positive experience with Diego, we feel most fortunate to have found a trustworthy, highly skilled plumber and will only deal with Gregori Plumbing, Heating & AC Ltd in the future. Professional, efficient, honest, cost-effective. Boiler got fixed within 1.5 hours with parts replaced. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing or heating work.

Diego and his brother have done multiple jobs for my family and I over the last few years, including 3 new boilers on 3 different houses. Diego's workmanship was all top notch, and the heating in all 3 homes now is working perfectly. No issues anymore whatsover! The most recent boiler install in our primary home was done very well with high quality parts, and the boiler room looks nice and clean now! The heat in our home now functions very well, and we can once again feel the radiant heating in all parts of the floors. Diego is also always quick to respond, very respectful and will come out on the same day for emergencies. He offers a fair, honest price, but for high quality workmanship. I just had Diego and his brother come in an install central AC into my home and it couldn’t have been happier. For everyone who is on the fence about what company/contractor/person to go with, look no further, “Gregori Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd.” is a sound choice! Prior to choosing to go ahead with Diego, I had 4-5 companies/contractors come in to do a site evaluation and supply me with options and quotes. Quotes varied quite a bit, but more concerning is the variance in options/advice given. Some companies sold the install to be the hardest job which would require major custom work to make the install work, ultimately upping costs. Others tried to convince me that my furnace/blower was about to go and required replacing and they could do a package deal for new furnace and AC. When Diego came, he was very clear in explaining what was required and did not try to sell the install to be anything more than what it is. Diego answered any questions I had about the install and gave his opinion on other options that I brought up (heat pump, mini-splits, etc.) After the initial site visit, Diego supplied a quote the night of which was very competitive compared to others I got. I felt comfortable with the quote and more importantly, my initial interaction with Diego. Install date was scheduled quickly and on day of install Diego and his brother arrived on time and worked pretty much non-stop to get the full install completed within the day. Diego and his brother were respectful of our home and caused minimal disruption during the whole day of install. Once install was complete, Diego took the time to explain the system and how everything worked. When looking at the install, everything looks to be done very clean and shows true workmanships and pride in their work. I will be keeping the contact information of Diego for any future needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know. If you are hesitant on choosing a smaller company over a large company, just know that with “Gregori Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd.”, the owner and his brother will be the ones coming to do the initial site visit and they will also be doing the installation. With a lot of larger companies the installers are not invested into the company and may not have as much pride in their work.
