Block therapy was a new type of massage that I had never experienced. Tami was very experienced in pinpointing my neck issues and explaining of variety of helpful techniques using eye movements and smells. The results were very surprising to me as they allowed for better movement and expansion for breathing. The block placements were uncomfortable at first, but Tami had a way of keeping my mind engaged and with the use of certain pressure points my body soon relaxed and melted into the mat. After the treatment was completed, I felt taller and energized. I continued to reap the rewards of this treatment for several days and got into a routine of breathing and exercises that Tami taught me. She also sent me videos and a newsletter that was very informative. I can’t wait to return for my next appointment. Thank you, Tami❣️

My first experience with Block Therapy and Tami was absolutely incredible. Not only with helping my body release tension and anxiety, but she is a wealth of knowledge and experience that she shares. It's obvious that she is passionate about helping people work towards healthy and whole. I cannot wait to see her again!

Tami's Bodywork practice is excellent. Her skills and touch are exceptional in providing deep tissue movement and transformational support. Her therapy room is welcoming and comfortable. I leave feeling relaxed, breathing better, and moving easier.

Incredible results!! I have my life back. From intense, debilitating pain to moving again. If you want to take charge of your health, therapy with Tami should be a priority. I tried numerous modalities//services, this is the only one that has lasting effects. Hands down The Best. Tami is caring, professional, and very knowledgeable, I would give more stars if I could!
