Pleasant space, not very private tho. Gentle & loving energy. Unsure the quality of the products… it should be voiced to the client about what products are being used during the treatment. Grateful for the experience. Because I struggle with hair loss, I really struggled having the treatment. I felt I lost a lot of hair that day, and I did. Because of that, it was emotional for me. I personally wouldn’t do it again, just for that reason.

Booked my wife here for her birthday. Viki was amazing and promptly responded to all my inquiries. Super attentive and kind throught my wifes entire experience. She had a wonderful experience/head massage, so much so that her praise has me eager to book an appointment soon. Will definitely go myself and rebook my wife additionally, soon. Highly recommend!

I had the most incredible head spa treatment with Viki and Greta! It was my first time experiencing anything like this, so I came in a bit unsure of what to expect—but they immediately made my sister and me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. They guided us through each step with warmth and clarity, and their kindness truly elevated the entire experience. In a time when exceptional service is rare, Viki and Greta were a delightful surprise. You can feel that this is a true family business—one where they go far beyond simply doing their jobs. You need to experience this amazing spa 💕 The energy of the staff as well as the atmosphere of the spaces made me feel immediately at peace. I had the 90 minute Deluxe head spa treatment which included a facial with multiple mask options and a full hair and scalp treatment. The gown was very plus size friendly as well as the treatment bed, with ample room and an amazing wedge pillow for comfort. I felt so relaxed and my scalp has never felt better. Amazing skin and hair health aside, this place is good for your soul. I can’t wait to return to try more services like massage and Meditation. My mom had a massage and said it was the best relaxation massage she has had in her life. You won’t be disappointed 😍

My mom and I were treated to the Deluxe Head Spa treatment for Mother's Day & had an absolutely amazing experience! Everything from the environment when we showed up, to the products used and the actual treatment itself, we felt extremely pampered and well taken care of. Such a unique experience, and the first I've seen of it in Kelowna. I will definitely be checking out more of their treatments in the future!! Would be an excellent gift or self-care activity!
