Love this carwash. Ive gone to both the mahogany and dufferin locations! Always such great customer service and quick help if needed! I will always use this carwash and recommend it to everyone. Even when it's busy, it goes quick and leaves my car looking great. Other car washes always push my mirrors around but this one cleans perfectly. Love that it gets pressure washed first, especially the lip on the back windows other washes always miss this spot.

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was very friendly and professional. The service was fast and the price was reasonable.I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a good and reliable place to clean their car.

I’m not satisfied with the service once again ((( even though I’m a regular customer. Before entering automated car wash I’ve cleaned my car at a self service car wash. After an automatic car wash, my car was covered in foam. The water pressure was poor. There was no pre-wash before the chemical wash. The pressure after the chemical wash was also low. The foam wouldn't wash off. I had to go back to the self service car wash and wash the foam off my car. Attached photos before and after. Please take measures to improve the service and operation of the car wash.

That was poor experience. Obviously the system can’t keep up while trying to rinse my car the pressure would die and it would start sputtering some time I would get nothing at all for water. Ended up leaving and going else where to rinse off my vehicle. Please don’t reply with some half hearted responses like we’re sorry to hear about you experience. Never again will I come back!

I regret every time I come here. I only use this car wash because I work nearby. Today I stopped at the self-serve wash again and once more remembered why I don’t like this place. The water pressure is very weak, and the water is barely warm — it really feels like this is done on purpose to make you spend more money and time. It was extremely dark inside the bay, so you can’t see which areas are already washed and which are not. I politely asked if the lights could be turned on, but the employee (a teenager) said he didn’t know and couldn’t do anything about it. He even suggested the lights might be off to save electricity. Overall, it feels like no one there actually cares. The buttons on the control panel are completely worn off, so you can’t tell which mode you’re selecting — you’re basically guessing what you’re paying for. In the end, I couldn’t properly wash my vehicle. I washed maybe one-third of my truck and left. That cost me $10 for nothing. I do not recommend this car wash. This was the last time I came here — I’d rather drive a dirty vehicle than deal with this kind of service.
