My son just started going here for boxing, but so far he loves it. It's always busy with people and the staff are friendly. He says it's a really good workout. Looking forward to going there this year.

✨️Got a great deal on a 30 Day trial here's my take aways; Pros - Not crowded, the community is devoted to lifting and tennis, almost every lifting machine you would need for any contest prep is here, there are plenty of cardio machines with an exterior view, everything is quite clean, it does not smell at all when I've visited, the private sauna can get quite hot, the private steam showers make it feel spa-like, there is a dedicated women's section for parts of the day, when I've visited no one was consumed in their tiny screens during their workouts, everyone shared and was social when approached, the front desk staff are always smiling and receptive to feeback, and there is a personal trainer there who offers great classes for grade-school aged kids. Cons - None of the electrical outlets work in the women's room, some of the tvs don't turn on, the HVAC is inconsistent (comfortable none the less), some of the cardio equipment is damaged and a couple just don't work like they should (the lifting equipment all works though), the sauna has no place to lay down and the leg heaters are broken, there is no child minding, and no group classes that I've been made aware of. Overall - I do enjoy it here, the folks who workout here are here for one thing only and I like that focused energy, the layout is great, the lighting is as expected (if they updated the lighting for both up and downstairs open areas it could totally increase the vibe), the lifting machines and free weights are not brand new but you can tell that strong hands have used them before you. Regarding previous comments about cleanliness - I didnt find any health discrepancies anywhere. 💪🏽This is a gym for focused individuals who are looking to create stronger, healthier bodies, nothing else, I love that.

I wish I could leave less than one star. This place has unfortunately proven to be just another greedy money hungry establishment. I have been going to this gym for 10 years or longer now, I used this Gym exclusively when I competed nationally in bikini women’s bodybuilding. At one point in time bringing a lot of attention to this establishment. I would always boast to fellow competitors and other woman inquiring about this place. Fast forward to having my very first daughter and bringing her there to use the childcare while I used the gym. The last few years in life, I have had two more pregnancies that have been high risk for various reasons deeming me, unable to use my gym membership at that moment. In that period of time in the confusion of everything I had thought maybe my membership was cancelled or I had frozen it. I had a lot going on. But regardless, I had lost my debit card that the membership payments are coming out of and the card was canceled. I have not step foot inside that gym in almost 2 years and at no point in that whole time span have they tried to email me or call me or send me any messages to let me know that The payments are building up or that there was any issue with my account or card attached to it. I just now received an email saying that I owe the gym almost $800.00 in fees for my membership after reaching out and sending an email about how I have not set foot inside that establishment to use their facilities in two years and inquiring why they have not prior reached out to me about this. They just simply sent a cold email to me letting me know it was gonna be forwarded to collections. This establishment and this owner and management team truly have no loyalty to their customers and they only care about money that’s lining their own pocket. They have become so money hungry. I wouldn’t suggest one person to go here. This place clearly doesn’t care about their customers and treats them poorly.

Pretty bad gym. Dirty with old beat up equipment that stains your work out clothes. Some of the staff is good but some are very difficult to deal with. Constantly hassling me for payments despite me paying for months upfront and their system not updating to show that I’ve paid. I honestly wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t for the boxing gym upstairs. There’s just way better gyms than this. Matrix upstairs is awesome though.
