As we needed to replace major parts of our roof, we needed some quality products, skilled, experienced roofers and craftsmen as well as an excellent warranty. With Great West Enterprises Ltd. and its cooperative third-party partners, we received those quality products, that quality work by professionals and that extended warranty. From the assessment of our old roof, the begin of the work, the adjustments by recognizing some hidden problems from the past days, the commitment of Sherwin to the work when the hired people got sick, the work of the third-party with the replacement of the gutter and the side pipes and the finishing up and cleaning up by Sherwin himself, Great West demonstrated professionalism, quality work and a completion of the work in accordance with our agreement. Due to our experiences with Great West, its third-party contractors and their quality work, I can recommend Great West and its partners. - The extended 25 years labor warranty is a special plus that a customer values for her, his or their own home. - I myself would choose Great West for a roofing project again.

Rhamil and the Great West Enterprises crew are next level roofing installers. GAF Master Elite Certified Roofers that came with GAF Golden Pledge, 25 year labour and 50 year limited manufacturers warranty. Our roof was coming due for replacement. My neighbour and I did loads of research and received quotes and interviewed about 6 different roof installers. Rhamil and Great West Enterprises ticked all the box’s. I had issues with our EPDM Hidden Gutter system. It was terrible. Rhamil said his team could remove this system and we could install a new standard gutter system. Great idea. No more rotting wood facia boards and failing rubber membrane. Rhamil answered all problems with solutions. His team were very courteous, professional and turned up when they said they would, rain or shine. Their roofing removal and installation were exceptional, using roofers on their team adding to decades of experience. Great West Enterprises are a great, professionally run, safety orientated, family run business. Beware of businesses that sell you a roof replacement but bring in sub contractors to do the work. You cant go wrong with Great West Enterprises Ltd when it comes to roof installations.

As a new homeowner discovering we needed a new roof, I began the process of calling and scheduling quotes from several roofing companies which was all very overwhelming and time consuming. Let me save you some time and say go straight with Great West Enterprises and Rhamil specifically! He was very professional in ensuring our needs were met. His team was able to not only replace our roof but also helped repair some of our gutters to enhance drainage capabilities. Rhamil is very professional, attentive and reliable. After meeting with several other roofing companies and doing my own roofing homework. It was a pleasure meeting with Rhamil, he showed up at exactly the appointed time. He inspected our roof and gave an estimate. He did a very thorough job explaining everything, answering all of my questions in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He was very professional and explained the procedure of what he was going to do and how to proceed. It’s rare to see this kind of customer service recently. It was incredibly refreshing. He was knowledgeable and personable without being pushy or sales-y. Rhamil and his crew take pride in their work and demonstrate that in their excellent attention to detail. This is the best Trades company I have dealt with over the years for house maintenance. I needed a new roof and decided to switch from cedar shakes to asphalt shingles, so after meeting with Rhamil I decided on Great West. They had come highly recommended to me. The crew was prompt, organized, friendly, respectful, and very hard working. Everyday they would clean up all the debris on site from the days work and three days later the job was done. I have had many compliments of the job from nieghbours who would pass by each day. If you are in need of a roofing company, I would highly highly recommend calling Rhamil at Great West Enterprises.
