I can’t get their atupid online app to work. The lady takes my phone number. I’m waiting for 10 minutes, some guy walks in and he goes in before me??? Never mind the elderly lady I held the door open for she is ahead of me too.

Worst haircut my daughter has ever received. I made it very clear just a simple trim off the ends and thin out her hair as she has long thick hair. I watched the entire time and commented as she was finishing up. She only thinned out the back nothing else. Hair dresser completely disregarded my concerns and said you never thin out the rest. Which is complete nonsense I also have very thick long hair. What a complete waste of time and money. I now have to take her elsewhere to complete the job you neglected to do right the first time.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Service is professional and I never walk out with a haircut I don't like!

I have nothing but GOOD to say about the staff and service at Great Clips Spruce Grove. I have been using them for many years and they have always been friendly and professional. Kudos to them.
