Usually I'm very happy with my experiences here (love Anne! Highly recommend her 😊), and have been coming here for years. But while being serviced today by a different stylist, I was told that my hair was weird, made to feel judged for how thick and dry my hair is (this is usually normal as I do have thick and curly hair, however this time it felt hurtful). I've never been asked why parts of my hair were shorter than others before, and did not appreciate feeling incompetent for not being in control of how fast/thick my hair grows or how much "damage" there was. I haven't used heat on it for 5 years, I try to get it cut pretty regularly, and I've tried every product on the planet, yet was still told that I needed leave-in conditioners and hair masks. This person looked upset and annoyed to be there the entire time I was in the chair, making me nervous to ask for what I wanted. Gonna go to another salon to see if they can fix it up as I just wanted to get out of there.

Always a great experience at Great Clips. Whoever cuts my hair does an awesome job every time. Nice, easy, and fast service.

Worst place I have ever taken my daughter for a haircut. The Staff that cut her hair was rude. She has short chin length hair asked her to straighten it was told it was an additional 50.00 for what would take about 5 minutes. Hair didnt come out as requested. In my opinion stay far away from this location. They seem to be all about rushing people through not quality of work. Sad and a waste of money.

Summer has been cutting my hair for 5 years since her very early days. I remember how nervous we both were. Summer has a great attitude and gives me a great hair cut! Keep it up Summer and keep that great smile and laugh! Larry

Update. I came in for a trim and Brenda did a wonderful job. Very professional and thorough. She added some layers to give my hair some depth and explained everything very detailed so I knew what she was doing I had a lovely cut from Susan today. Very friendly lady. She did a good job. The place was busy but luckily I put my name down using the app on the way there so I only had to wait about 10 minutes. There were three stylists working at 3pm and customers were told the wait was at least 30 minutes. Prices were decent. Parking is a little tight in the mini mall. I'm happy with my cut. I'll be back.
