HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . I am never going back to this place. I got a haircut today. The old lady cut my hair without a comb most of the time. She was clipping the scissors all over the head with a freehand. I asked for a fade of numbers 1 and 2 on the sides and back going from bottom to top - she completely ignored all of it went ahead with number 1 on sides and back and till the time i can say you have clipped too much, she had already ruined most of my sides and back. Also she gave me an uneven haircut where some spots on sides and back are light and some are dark. And when i said it’s uneven haircut and i can see light and dark spots she is like i am not done yet. But it was already too late, as she already reduced it to 1 on sides. People really look forward to their haircuts as they want to look presentable, so may be take some time before you go freehand on someone’s hair.

First two photos are what I received, second two are what I asked for. You legit couldn’t even guess that I asked for the fade/lineup in photos 3/4. Worst haircut I’ve ever received.

First time at Great Clips. The wait was quick at about 10 minutes, with no booked appointment. Sabrina, the hairdresser did a nice even long layers using a dry cut technique. Very happy with her services. She documented my cut and products used to make it easy for when I return. Staff all got along at this Great Clips, and it makes a nicer experience for all customers. There was no aggressive sales techniqes to buy hair products or for additional hair services. It was a quick, easy, yet no fuss hair cut. Sabrina accepted my online coupon for Great Clips, to save a few more dollars. The advantage of free, easy access parking in front of the building and walk-ins creates getting a hair cut, a simple easy task.

My experience with Great Clips was very positive. The name of the young and friendly female who trimmed my hair as it needed a trimming, was very positive. She worked efficiently with precision. The salon was a super busy that day and yet the ladies there fit me in and within less than 10 minutes .My hair looked a lot better and I was pleased with the results. The prices are affordable and yes if you need a rinse that does cost extra ( only $5 but think about it, time is money. Plus for a mere 16.99 plus GST a good basic cut be had. Also you will get discounts in the mail for your next hair cut at a low price of $12.99 i believe.

Been going to great clips for a few years now but just recently moved closer to the Lethbridge location and the customer service was fantastic! Sabrina did a superb job! The other employee dealt with my son and she was fast, efficient and patient with him. Will be going here from now on!
