Guys did a great job. Tyler was super thorough and was really knowledgeable. For reference he made sure not to knock any debris into my fuel filter on my 6.0 without having to ask him since it’s very particular with this style of filter.

Very efficient and professional. I didn’t wait too long, and the staff seemed like a well oiled machine. I believe the individual that did my servicing is Mark and he is phenomenal. Very reassuring, transparent and quick. People don’t leave impressions on me very much but he did. I’m grateful for him, thank you.

got an oil change in a rear diff service yesterday At the Chilliwack location. They’re easy to access and there’s never usually much of a wait. These guys bounce up to your vehicle like your very special And explain everything that they’re doing as they’re doing it. Great service and quick in and out

Do not go to vedder d to get your oil changed I have a 2000 VW ( only drive it a few months in the summer , less then 100,000km) lowered and went to get an oil change, the person was guiding me and I stopped as soon as I could hear that something is scratching the Gide checked and kept on telling me to keep on going after the second scratching he looked again and then telling me to back out and drive around to the other side . When backing up it ripped part off my skid plate . The manager told me no big deal they can fix it After I looked at it I ask how can you fix it when it’s broken? I left and went to the one on Alexander ave I had no problem driving in . They also fixed it temporarily so I could drive home Now they are telling me it had damage before so they won’t cover the damage It came back that they are denying my claim Not surprised , the owner was not even coming to talk just was walking in a big circle around my car 😃
