Fantastic customer service from Will and his team. Will remembered my husband being in a back brace last oil change which was impressive to me. I appreciate the attention to detail. Plus our dog loves the milkbones! Very knowledgeable.

Always super friendly and nice. Very efficient and make sure everything is done. That being said definitely double check for the cost for your cabin air filter because it was $15 at Canadian Tire For replacement but they charged me $60 here. Definitely do your job to educate yourself on costs of things. No stars taken off I would’ve appreciated knowing that but it’s my own fault for not being educated. That being said, they’re always extremely friendly and make sure everything is well taken care of.

So my wife decided to treat me to an oil change as I do them myself. Apparently they had issues taking my oil cap off, an than told my wife you can get replacement oil caps at Canadian tire which is great. But they didn’t tell us they actually broke my oil cap a then glued it back together when servicing my vehicle.I discovered this when checking my oil for a top up when the cap broke in my hand. The glue was still wet on the inside of my oil filler tube that the cap connects to. If any of that somehow got mixed in, it would cause issues with my vechile. Which would have been an even bigger bill for me. I was not impressed. Won’t be going there again. I didn’t contact the location as I know nothing will come of it. I’ll continue to be doing my own maintenance from now on. 😡
