I literally couldn’t recommend this place ENOUGH. I come here for every oil change without issue, they’re unbelievably fantastic and friendly not to mention super accommodating! I’ve brought my unique vehicle and they’ve been insanely accommodating with the weird wipers!

Good place but not happy about the billing. On Jan 31 I took my 1 ton diesel for an oil change and got the ford power stroke premium package oil change but then they had to add a 20$ special filter and 30$ more in oil. I found that to be a bit fishy I told them that don’t you think the ford power stroke premium package should come with everything it needs. Needles to say they took off the oil filter and oil up charge. Good on them to recognize that the package should include everything.

had a fantastic experience at this oil change shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest from the moment I arrived. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and they took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the prices were very fair—especially considering the quality of service. My car runs smoother than ever, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend this place if you want fast, reliable, and trustworthy service!

Well this location is the only one that I have been using for a decade. The service used to be awesome. My last visit will be my last visit. Not only did they not change the requested bulbs, I had to specially request they check my tranny fluid as I know it was low and the last time I visit they topped it up. The man working under my hood was already giving me the creeps, to the point I actually locked my door, he said it was low. He proceeded to get angry when I told him " I know it's low, the last time I was here they topped it up for me" he then rolled his eyes and made a big scene about not knowing what to top it up with, very confidence building. If you are going to continue to hire men who behave like women are a second class citizen, not actually worth providing service to and make us feel bad for expecting actual service then we will stop going there. Only the kind Filipino gentleman at my window made me feel the least bit safe but even he didn't do any of the actual servicing on my car. He did not do the multiple checks ect. I went in for an oil change because I knew I needed a transmission fluid top up and brake lights replaced. I left without the brake light because I was so uncomfortable after my interaction with the fella topping up my transmission fluid I just wanted to get out of there. It really wasn't helpful when the men apart from the friendly one mentioned started speaking in a middle eastern language directly after he started banging around looking for the mystery transmission fluid. The cherry to finish the non awesome experience was of course that I no longer get a free car wash with oil change. At least that would have made me feel the least bit appreciated as a client after being made to feel like I was an absolute inconvenience asking people to perform a service that they are getting paid to do, that I am paying to get done. I highly recommend finding an alternative oil change company if you are a woman, or have daughters or basically want any sense of feeling secure in the work done. This was on the Resource Road Location.
