Had the best experience today. I use a synthetic oil and thought I was overdue for an oil change. The guys topped off air in my tires and said that my oil was still good. I can honestly say that it made my day, and because of the honesty, I would recommend.

Waited about 35 minutes, finally my turn to pull in and the guy comes out to tell me in his exact words "we do not have the most common oil filter on the planet. I can't help u" . So they then send me away to either go get my own oil filter or come back next week... wasted over 2 hours time running to canadian tire and back and forth waiting both times ..

Outstanding Service at Great Canadian Oil Change – Spruce Grove! I had an amazing experience at Great Canadian Oil Change in Spruce Grove. The team was super friendly, professional, and very efficient. They greeted me right away and got started without any wait. The staff explained everything clearly and didn’t push any unnecessary add-ons, which I really appreciated. The whole oil change was done quickly — I was back on the road in no time! They even checked my fluids, tire pressure, and gave me helpful maintenance tips. It’s clear they care about doing a thorough job and making customers feel comfortable. I needed an oil change and a tire swap. I usually do my own tire swap being cheap and handy but I'm getting older now. I phoned around and most shops were booking 2 weeks away. I phoned you guys and was told 15-20 minutes wait time . Approximately at that time. When I got there, there was 1 truck ahead of me and 2 finishing up in the bays. Maybe a 20 minute wait. The guys did it fast and good. I think it might have taken 30 minutes to do both services. And I didn't have to leave the car all day, like another Canadian company...😁 It cost less than I was expecting too. BONUS 👍

A basic oil change that took quite a while and I had to return. The crew were unfamiliar with my vehicle which happens with so many types and makes of vehicles. After my oil change was complete I stopped to inspect everything before going too far. I was missing my inner fender retainer clips and the fender cover had splits where the inner fender had been removed without removing the retainer screws first. I turned around in the parking lot after my inspection and returned. They installed smaller loose fitting clips (I’m assuming the originals broke) to remedy the issue. Still not attaching the screw clips. There was a fair amount of spillage from the filter removal on the motor as well which burned off once at normal operating temperature. They seem to have a lot of new hires that are still in training. So be conscious of this before committing to the service.
