I was very pleasantly surprised. It's very rare that you go for an oil change and experience truly wonderful customer service. The gentleman helping me was very kind and pleasant. I was offered a beverage when I arrived he explained the different packages and was friendly and personable for our entire interaction. I would definitely go back.

Amrit and the rest of the team were very helpful and professional! I came in 45 minutes before closing time for an overdue oil change and checkup, not knowing much about vehicle maintenance, and they were very patient and understanding with me. The team was thorough and fast, with Amrit giving me advice on future vehicle maintenance and which parts of my vehicle most needed attention! The service was quite affordable as well, and I felt more confident about future vehicle servicing afterwards. I highly recommend this location and team!

A great experience at Great Canadian Oil Change in Airdrie Alberta. I went in with my recently purchased 2009 Lexus ls460 to get an oil change done ahead of a trip to Winnipeg. The team noted that I only had 5000 kms since the last oil change and after checking the oil and showing the dipstick which was full and clean they recommended that I hold off on the change until I got back which added about 3000 kms. After my trip I returned to GCO and the team provided me great service and we set up an interval for future service and oil type. Overall a great experience. In this case not servicing my car on the first visit when it wasn’t needed gained GCO a long term customer. Great job guys!! Thanks Don
