We pulled into this location with a 1992 Chevy pickup and when we fueling up we noticed our lower rad house leaking. We pulled into Great Canadian Oil Change to get a coolant top up. Travis and his team went above and beyond for us, as we’re headed back to Edmonton. Within 45 mins he ripped over to the nearest parts store grabbed a new hose and had it installed and us on our way! Thank you again Travis and team! Appreciate you guys!

I always go to this Great Canadian Oil Change place because they have amazing customer service and such polite employees. However, I’m leaving this review today because yesterday I had gone in for an oil change and mentioned that the last oil change place I went to told me I had multiple things I had to do for my car asap, specifically a transmission oil change which is a bit pricier. I mentioned it to the employee that was helping me (I believe his name was Reed) and he told me that it was not necessary to do just yet unless I wanted to and that it would be better for me to come back after a couple thousand more km before getting it done due to it being a bit pricier and making sure I get full use of what the car already had. That kind of honesty was really really appreciated because most places try to up-sell for more money but he was looking out for his customer which to me is the most assuring customer service I have ever gotten being a young female with not a lot of knowledge on car mechanics. Nothing I love more than people helping people, I definitely recommend the Great Canadian oil change for those who’s cars are due :)
