Jeremiah was super kind and friendly. He didn't try to sell me things I don’t need. He even let me know that i was still 3 months away from NEEDING a change.. (BONUS points for that!!) Ducky was nice too! :)

Hello. My fiance and I were just at your location at 45970 Alexander ave in chilliwack bc. And the customer service was amazing. Ducky, Colton and Julian were the 3 most beautiful souls ever who made us laugh and smile the entire time. They were the most amazing people I have ever encountered getting my oil changed and we hope we get them again next time we come and we will be recommending this exactly location because of those 3 men. We need more people like them in our world spreading cheer the way they did. God bless 🙏🏻

I always go here, they don't just do oil changes, they basically service your car for the most part. They go well above and beyond any other place Ive gone to in the past. The gentlemen today took serious pride in his work and even checked some things I was worried about. I sure hope these men get paid properly, they always have smiles and do the absolute best job I've seen even surpassing any dealership I've gone to. They go over the Carfax report with you, make sure there isn't anything you don't know about your car. The service and attitude of the men who work here are above reproach. I highly recommend you quit going to wherever you go, even your dealer. Great Canadian oil change has the best service out of all of them. Thanks guys, for all the things you helped with. Cheers.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The guys seemed to take long when I was waiting in line, but it was due to their quality work, patience and calm demeanours. I had a professional experience with Bryce and Henry giving advice on my cars oil consumption and upcoming service items without being pushy or having a ‘know-it-all’ attitude. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to get your vehicle taken care of respectfully and properly. Nice work gents!

Do not go to vedder d to get your oil changed I have a 2000 VW ( only drive it a few months in the summer , less then 100,000km) lowered and went to get an oil change, the person was guiding me and I stopped as soon as I could hear that something is scratching the Gide checked and kept on telling me to keep on going after the second scratching he looked again and then telling me to back out and drive around to the other side . When backing up it ripped part off my skid plate . The manager told me no big deal they can fix it After I looked at it I ask how can you fix it when it’s broken? I left and went to the one on Alexander ave I had no problem driving in . They also fixed it temporarily so I could drive home Now they are telling me it had damage before so they won’t cover the damage
