James was great, I had a great experience getting my oil changed. The technician was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently but still took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated how he explained a few things about the service and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to deal with someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would recommend him to others.

I recently visited Canadian Oil Change and had the pleasure of being helped by James, and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service. James was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured into anything extra. The whole process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated how transparent he was about pricing and recommendations. It’s not always easy to find auto service that feels trustworthy, but James made the experience smooth and stress-free. I had a fantastic experience, just an oil change. Zac was the technician that was working on my vehicle. Very well managed and helpful, I didn’t ask a lot but was offered a great service. Changed my air filter and asked if I needed my cabin air filter checked. I agree and thank goodness for that as it was really dirty. He even vacuumed out the air filter box, nice work and thank you for the amazing experience. I wish everyone would take to time to interact with the customers like Zac did that day and that’s why a 5 star review from me. Outstanding!!!!

I was getting ready to head out of town and needed some help making sure my vehicle was safe and road-ready. Kieth and his team here in Prince George were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly secured and topped up before I left. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Had an excellent experience at Great Canadian Oil Change on 15th Avenue! Zack (Jack) was my technician and he was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s hard to find service this good — you can tell he really cares about his work and the customer experience. I highly recommend Zach (Jack) and this location if you want honest, efficient, and top-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
