10/10 would recommend. Did the scope of work I needed done in a clean and efficient manner. The plumbers were polite and able to answer all my questions. I will absolutely call Gray Electric & Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues. Sean and Kyle were amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Azariyah was fantastic as well. She answered my initial call politely and clearly explained the procedures, which I really appreciated. The text message updates were especially helpful — It was great knowing exactly when they were on their way and when they arrived. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The payment process was also convenient and seamless. Great job, Gray Electric & Plumbing team — highly recommend!

Kyle and Sean did an excellent job replacing our tub faucet. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting the work. They worked efficiently, kept the area as clean as possible, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Everything was installed properly and tested before they left, and they made sure we were happy with the result. It’s not always easy to find plumbers you can trust, but Kyle and Sean were great to work with — highly recommend this company

From the first phone call, the team have been great. Super communicative about what’s going to happen along the journey of getting my electrical work completed. Mathieu was a an absolute star, from engaging with my autistic son about his Pokemon (as he talks poor Mathieu’s ear off) to explaining what he was doing along the way, showing me what was wrong. He made it seem like an easy fix, but that’s only due to his decade plus of experience. Quality service. ✅
