I was very impressed with Grande Dentistry from the very beginning starting with the friendly and helpful receptionist. Dr. Olivia was very friendly and personable going through the results of my check up. She was very thorough and went over her concerns, as well as some options - I never felt pressured. Marexi, the hygienist was super friendly and I left the clinic with my teeth feeling amazing and I know that I am in good hands going forward ! If you're looking for a great dental clinic give them a try - highly recommend !

The front desk staff and dental team were all very friendly and professional, and the entire process—from booking to the appointment itself—was smooth and well organized. We had an amazing experience at Grande Dentistry Cochrane, especially thanks to Olivia Cui. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and kind with my kids, making the whole visit stress-free and even fun! She took the time to explain everything in a way kids could understand, which really helped ease any nerves. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the clinic is clean and comfortable. We’re so grateful for such wonderful care and highly recommend this clinic for families with children!

Yesterday was my second visit, and I had a root canal and cavity treatment that lasted about three hours with Dr. Sung. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I had absolutely no pain before or after the treatment, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I honestly didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Even the next day, when I was told there might be some soreness, I felt completely fine. I have always been very scared of dental treatments and often delayed going to the dentist, but thanks to a strong recommendation from a friend, I found Grande Dentistry, and I am so grateful I did. Dr. Sung took the time to explain every step of the treatment in detail both before and after, and patiently answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. In addition, the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout my visit, which made the experience even more comfortable. Dr. Sung’s calm, gentle, and professional approach made what I expected to be a very stressful appointment feel surprisingly easy. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Sung and this clinic to anyone who feels anxious about going to the dentist. Thank you so much!

Grande Dentistry is the best. From FD to Assistant to Dr. Olivia are all outstanding. Dr Olivia is incredibly patient, gentle, and professional. She always takes the time to explain every step clearly, which makes the whole visit very comfortable and stress-free. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients really stand out. I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.
