Caitlyn Goodfellow is a highly skilled clinician and excellent educator! The session with her regarding pelvic physiotherapy not only greatly increased my knowledge base but also provided me with confidence to manage my pelvic and overall health as I progress through menopause. Caitlyn’s physiotherapy practice is strongly research/evidence based and her approach is very client-centered as demonstrated by her passion to impart knowledge and create partnerships with her clients, which is greatly appreciated!

From the moment we first walked in and consistently up to today the staff at Grand River Sports Centre have been so warm, friendly, patient and kind. Always a seamless process to check in and check out. The ladies at the front desk deserve recognition. It's the first impressions that matter and they delivered. Also a huge shout out to Nick Yu. My son experienced a devastating injury playing the sport he loves a year ago. After surgery, Nick, along with our coaches and orthopedic surgeon, has been a life line. The progress my son has made working with Nick is remarkable. Nick is professional, patient, observant and most importantly very experienced in working with basketball athletes. My son (a teenager) looks forward to going to his physio sessions and is consistent with his at home sessions. When our very experienced orthopedic surgeon met with us, he was impressed with Nick's assessment and supported Nick's treatment plan to get my son back to playing the sport he loves. I trust him with my son's care and for all the work he is doing to make sure he is ready to play when the time is RIGHT! Thank you Nick! We'll have courtside seats for you!

The reception staff were wonderful and funny. Dr. Hall was incredible and with his pain relief medicine I hope to lead a more satisfactory and normal life. Thank you to everyone at GRSM. Great experience!!

I had my first appointment with Nick and the experience was excellent. He quickly made me feel at ease, listened carefully, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and expertise really stood out. I left with an understanding of what was going on and a plan to move forward. Definitely recommend!
