The office has a friendly, professional, and clean environment. Every staff member was helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Piepgrass was incredibly resourceful and took the time to ease any concerns I had about my gum grafting procedure. The procedure itself went perfectly, and my gums have healed very well. Any time I had questions or concerns post-operation, the administrative staff responded quickly to both texts and phone calls, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Piepgrass to anyone in need of gum grafting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a gum graft done here a few days ago and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, reassuring, and incredibly organized. The procedure itself was way smoother than I expected and it was gentle, thorough, and surprisingly comfortable. My recovery has been amazing so far, and I truly feel like I was in the best hands. The doctor and staff explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the process (just got off the phone with them), and had such a calm presence that it made the whole experience stress free. The office is beautiful, modern, and spotless, and you can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. If you’re nervous about a gum graft (or any periodontal work), this is 100% the place you want to go. Highly, highly recommend!

My experience with Dr M Piepgrass and his staff has been nothing but exceptional. I was referred to GP Periodontist from my dentist in Fort St John. Dr Peipgrass and his staff exceeded all expectations I had. Judith and the office ladies were lovely to communicate with. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and never rushed through a phone call. Very clear and very accommodating. Dr Peipgrass and his assistant (sorry I did not get your name 😕) had me feeling very reassured and comfortable prior to my gingival graft. I received a warm blanket for my legs to keep me from getting cold when sitting in the chair. So thankful for that as my arms were bare for the IV insertion. This was my first time having conscious sedation and I was a tad nervous. But once I sat in the chair I knew the staff were very capable, caring, confident. Dr Peipgrass had my trust 100%. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. After asking for my permission he took a picture of both my bottom left, and right gum lines. This allowed me to see the difference in my gums. Dr Peipgrass enlightened me on all my options. I understood my options fully. He gave me time to think about my options. I choose to have the gingival graft as I wish to keep my own teeth. Both the pre-op instructions and the post-op instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. Some discomfort and a broken sleep the first night. But honestly considering what my mouth has been through I have been pleasantly surprised. And much relieved! lol Hope I will not need to do this again. But if I do need another gingival graft I have absolutely no apprehensions about going to GP periodontists.

Very thorough, very professional. Dr. Piepgrass has great bedside manner and was very considerate of us needing to travel a couple of hours to see him. Altogether a great experience. Reception was very professional. Very clean and simple environment. Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone I know.
