My son attends GAP for small group training as well as dryland training with his hockey team and absolutely loves his sessions. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they make his workouts and team building activities a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend GAP as an training facility!

What a professional group of coaches! The Flying Fins Swim Team moved its dryland training to GAP earlier this year and it's been nothing short of amazing.
