I love this place and have trusted them with all my most valuable linens. The staff and owners are super friendly and they always accommodate my urgent requests. I have had amazing service and am so happy to have found a good place!

A brand new tailored dress shirt ($300+), ruined after I was able to wear it once. Shrunk beyond anything I have seen before. I won't even go back to complain because I know they will do nothing about it. I really should have checked out these reviews - seems to be an on going issue. Lesson learned.

So, first of all, the staff are really friendly and clearly explain what they will do with my garments. But also, I am truly amazed at an alteration of a garment I just picked up. It was for a cycling jersey so the material is polyester and also stretchy material. It had a tear on the back on the shoulder. I was going to throw it out, because I thought it couldn’t be fixed because of the stretchy material. I thought the best she could do was put a patch on it. The tear was about an inch and a half long. When I picked it up, I couldn’t even find where the original tear was ??????. I am so happy I brought this in. The person who did the alteration is a magician!

I would give zero stars if possible! Incredibly rude, irresponsible, and careless about the services! I took my two caps for dry cleaning and got them back dented with broken, creased fronts. When I picked them up, they were filled with paper balls and wrapped in plastic, so I didn’t notice the damage immediately. Upon discovering the damage two days later, I returned to the store, but they refused to respond until the owner came back from vacation. After one month, the owner (Sophia) accused me of not checking my hats when they were handed over and told me to call the police if unhappy or provide a purchase receipt and sales person info from the department store to make a claim and ask them to compensate! Don’t make my mistake. Read reviews and hold businesses accountable for their quality and services!
