My colleague recommended this gym to me, and I was excited to join. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience dealing with Karen and Ryan. They lack professionalism and accountability, and Karen, in particular, was quite rude. However, the rest of the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Due to my negative experience, I decided to cancel my membership. If you can avoid dealing with these two individuals, you should have a better experience. The facility itself is nice, open 24/7, and has a great variety of equipment.

Great gym layout. Huge space with everything you need. The Hot Yoga is great now that it is getting colder outside. Assault bikes are a new addition and provide a great workout.
