The gym itself is great, clean, solid equipment, and friendly staff. I’ve been a member of GoodLife Fitness for a few years and usually train at the South location. Today, because it’s Family Day, the South location was closed (despite the “24 Hours” branding). No problem... I know that location isn’t truly 24/7, so I drove across town to the East location, which is supposed to be. Turns out it was closed too. Huge “24 HOURS” sign on the building and on the door, but locked. Google says it’s only open 7am–8pm for the holiday. That’s the frustrating part. If a location isn’t actually open 24 hours, especially on holidays, just say that. Don’t advertise Open 24 hours, when members can’t rely on it. It’s incredibly frustrating to plan your workout, drive across the city, and still be shut out. The gym itself is good. The messaging and consistency around hours is not.

Extremely Disappointed with GoodLife’s Lack of Customer Service I’ve been a member at GoodLife Fitness for a while, . The customer service is practically non-existent, and it’s clear that they don’t really care about their members beyond collecting monthly payments. GoodLife promotes itself as Canada’s best fitness club, but the way they treat their customers tells a different story. It feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own. For a company that’s supposed to be about health, motivation, and community, they’ve completely missed the mark on what real service and respect looks like. EDIT 1 : Unfortunately I've already spoken to one of your managers and they said neither him or the general manager could do anything for me, so your generic reply, is all that just a generic reply. If you guys wanted to make this right, you would have already reached out, my problem is very well documented, and it shouldn't take a bad review to get a response.

This gym is decent and does offer some good equipment options, but there are clear areas that need improvement. The bathrooms are often not clean, which is disappointing. While some machines are useful, adding newer, modern safer equipment would make a big difference with upgraded equipment this gym could be much better.

I’ve been a member at GoodLife Fitness Regina Victoria Square since 2015 and it’s consistently been a great gym. The space is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need whether you’re training seriously or just staying active. Equipment is solid, there’s plenty of room to train, and the overall environment is welcoming without feeling chaotic. Staff have always been friendly and professional, and I’ve never felt pressured or upsold — just supported. After nearly a decade, it’s still the gym I choose to train at. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality gym in Regina.

Got out of shape the last 5 years or so and had a few personal sessions with Prad and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable about his subject matter, helped correct bad form and habits, and was very helpful in getting me up and going! Friendly staff and clean facilities. Highly recommend this gym.

I think this is an exceptional facility with lots of variety in free weights, cardio equipment, yoga and spin studios, and weight machines with a huge amount of space to work out in. The parking at this east side location is good (and free). The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. If you decide to go with a trainer, I would recommend Ellen Bearss, who is trained and skilled in both physiotherapy and exercise science. She knows her stuff very well, and is very personable. I highly recommend her for people with long standing sports injuries and arthritis like me who want to learn new approaches that will take you to the next level while respecting your existing injuries. I think she would also be perfect for a person who wants to start off training with weights with the right techniques so you don't hurt yourself.
