GoodLife Fitness Mission is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The facility is always super clean, well organized, and has everything you need—plenty of equipment, good layout, and never feels rundown. The staff are awesome too: friendly, helpful, and professional every time I come in. You can tell they actually care about keeping the place welcoming and running smoothly. Great atmosphere, great people, and a solid place to train. Highly recommend!

I went to the GoodLife Fitness facility in Mission for the first time to use a free workout coupon. The staff there was very nice and helped me with the admission. Their equipment was very proficient and even have QR scans on them to show how to use each equipment. They also have massage chairs; something I have not seen at any workout gym before. At the end of my workout, I feel like I did a lot for my body physically. Although I cannot commit to a membership subscription for GoodLife, I would still recommend this place for those that wish to get in to better shape or to stay fit.
