Great place to get some fitness. I like the water machines and I like the gym equipment too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and eager to help get anyone enrolled with the best promotion they have going.

Friendly staff and great location.... but too many people using machines as rest areas to stare at their phones. Not enough enforcement from staff to keep things moving. Also the bathrooms aren't very clean. There has been the same piece of gum on the floor in the men's shower for a month.

As everyone has reviewed - incredible staff, customer service, friendly staff - all the backbone of this gym. The gym can be an uncomfortable place so when the staff are warm, everyone feels welcomed. I'm writing to commend Jordan (not the trainer). I'd got off the phone with your Corporate section regarding updating my corporate membership from my partner's to my employer. It was a frustrating call because they said this location won't offer me the Essential package anymore. I needed to upgrade. I was frustrated because I was thinking that's more expensive. I nearly cancelled my membership. I then called this location & spoke to Jordan yesterday. Jordan was very knowledgeable, & intuitively allayed my fears regarding cost & he was correct. Having the right people (some humans are worse than robots) on the phones can make or break your business. Thank you, Jordan!

The customer service here is so great, especially Sam, who went above and beyond to help me with billing issues. She even stayed late to help me and she was such a kind, caring and positive person. People like Sam make places like this so worthwhile. Thanks, Sam! The gym is great too. lol

I’ve been a loyal member of this gym since the beginning, and hands down, the main reason I keep coming back is because of the incredible staff. Their friendliness, encouragement, and genuine care for members set this gym apart and make it feel like more than just a place to work out. The convenience of the location is also a major plus. That said, it's hard to ignore some growing frustrations. The gym has not evolved with the ever-changing fitness landscape. With fitness trends and member expectations constantly shifting, I’ve been disappointed to see valuable space, like the former jump room, under-utilized. That area could be transformed into something so much more functional, whether it’s additional turf space, expanded lifting/stretching areas, or adding newer equipment like a SkiErg to diversify training options. The gym has clearly outgrown its space, with peak hours now becoming most hours, it becomes more and more apparent. With Anytime Fitness opening nearby, Movati, and other locally owned facilities offering better equipment variety and more space to move around without waiting, it’s hard not to consider making a switch. I truly hope this gym recognizes the need to invest in upgrades and make better use of its space. If it weren’t for the staff who truly make this place special, I likely would have already made the jump elsewhere. For now, I stay because of them, but I do hope to see improvements that match the heart they bring to the gym every day.
