I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the manner in which returning members are being accommodated. As previous members, we believe it is reasonable to expect professional and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, the interaction we had with Palo or Tali/Talo was quite concerning. The nature and tone of the questions posed to us made us feel very uncomfortable. In fact, the experience was distressing enough that I nearly decided to leave that afternoon. I am bringing this matter to your attention in the hope that constructive feedback will be received positively and that appropriate steps will be taken to improve customer service standards. I trust that both returning and current members will consistently be treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I go to the gym mainly for the Zumba classes! The instructor, Svetlana, is wonderful! She has incredible energy and attitude; she gets you going and makes you enjoy the class 100%. I always recommend her to all my friends! I would love it if there was also a class with her in the mornings; it would be so helpful for moms with young children!

Love this GoodLife! The vibe is great and everything is super clean. Orion honestly deserves a special mention — so helpful, welcoming, and professional. I've never been to this goodlife before, but will absolutely be coming back.

Never have Kleenex anywhere except for the front desk, like why are you trying to hide it? Learn from other facilities, just put a box under paper towels, put some in the washroom, stop hiding them. 1 hair dryer for the whole men washroom. toilet always stink, no full mirror. not open 24/7. such a scam for 80$/month. zero maintenance. 1 hook for cable machines that require 2 hooks.

Bro the staff is so judgey, I couldn't exit through the door before and they made it their life's mission to humble me. The manager claims to train their staff after incidents but they really don't gaf LMAO. Personal trainers suck! I hate this gym so much. If I could give it 0 stars I most definitely would!!! I thought have a nearby gym would be good but it's so not worth the money. They also wanna know your personal fitness goals so bad it's creepy. The staff is weird, the gym equipment is broken. I'd say the only good thing is the fitness classes lol. Do they intentionally hire people w the biggest egos I wanna know?
