The service was exceptional. I called @ 8:30 AM and had a a new water heater installed by 3:30. Brett provided professional service and answered all my questions. Cleaned up and took the old water heater and all packaging away. I would definitely recommend Good Plumbing and Heating.

Do not recommend this plumber. I had an appointment booked, and the day before he was supposed to arrive, I received a text saying he needed to reschedule because he would be out of town. We rescheduled for the following week — but he never showed up. I called and texted, and was completely ignored. This was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. No customer should be treated this way. I will not be recommending this plumber to anyone. Ironically, his company name claims he’s a “Good Plumber,” but my experience was the opposite.

We have a heating system in our downstairs walkout area no other heating & cooling companies were interested in looking at it but Brett. WOW!!! Am I impressed. He not only came & got it up & running but came back when we were having a issues. This man is awesome. Very friendly, respectful and sure knows his stuff. Highly highly recommend him.
